You can call me Directwire. I’m mainly a Linux enthusiast, a cybersecurity adventurer, an artist, and a devoted admirer of everything related to post. My path into technology was rather unexpected. For most of my life I actually rejected it, choosing instead to focus on nature, art, and even a bit of esoterics.

Then something quietly changed in my life. I discovered a new passion for computers, for freedom of speech, for privacy, and for the liberation of data. I fell deeply in love with the Linux operating system, and my long-standing fascination with post offices—their purpose, their quiet dignity, their romanticism—naturally found its way into the world of e-mail servers. Technology may sometimes feel like a cursed invention, perhaps even something the devil himself would design, and yet I cannot help loving it. There is still something magical about receiving an email from a friend. It carries a different feeling than an instant message ever could.

My biggest dream has always been to create a small company with a real spirit and emotion behind it. I have always admired companies founded in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Their logos were intricate, their buildings beautiful, and every shop seemed to have its own character. Post offices were built like monuments, railroads like grand achievements of human effort. Even factories were decorated with care and detail. It makes me a little sad that today many companies build nothing more than large glass boxes, instead of structures that might one day be admired as monuments of technology and human ambition.

So I decided to combine all my passions and dreams into one place—and somehow, you have just stumbled upon it. Here you will not only find the services I provide, but also a cozy and welcoming corner of the internet that values your privacy. A place where you can learn about Linux, discover interesting thoughts and commentaries, and perhaps find something that will make you smile!

Welcome in the internet Post Office, welcome in my dreams where providing services doesn't mean corporate sterility. I'm Directwire, your local postmistress in the shadows. This tiny piece of internet is what I wish to become. Small post office which takes postal secrecy seriously and wishes to restore values, post office was built upon.

But is it only email? Services? Ofcourse not! Where would be the soul in that? Where would be personality? You will find my blog here, museum about post offices, webring of another indieweb sites I find amusing, tips and guides and ofcours old school forum!

Removed completely logging from email server (no logging of incoming emails, outgoing emails)

Tested RoundCube webmail against SquirrelMail (For security reasons was chosen RoundCube mail. Developement of SquirrelMail ended at 2014).

Implemennted Zero-Access email policy. Even email server owner can't read emails. Emails are now encrypted by user passwords, not global keys.

Set robots.txt to remove website from indexing.
