Yes, internet is nowdays a battlefield, on more levels then you may percieve. There are wars between nations, there are AI wars, there are bot wars. This whole topic could write one whole book. I will try not to dip my toes here into politics, despite in some cases, we can't avoid it. So, about which war we will be talking about today? Sadly, the more political one. The Nation war. Yes, it is happening, try to spin a server, install rsyslog and watch your auth.log and see what is going on. You will most likely see tons and tons of login requests to your server from different IP adresses. Most of them will be from China, Iran, Russia (Don't get fooled, they will be also from EU and from US). But, what are these people and what they try to achieve?

So when USA declared they will start to declassify their UFO sightings, ofcourse it interested me. I browsed partly through what was offered, most are boring reports which say nothing, but in some are quite interesting information, which repeat. And bear with me, most of them are before age of any reliable source how to spread information, and some reports are quite similiar. I went far enough to check also French Republic archives. Which are by the way, the most open archives about UFO sightings on the world. Even there, some patterns match. I will let you, what you want to believe.
